Nathan & Chelsea | Engagement Session in Downtown Austin

Nathan & Chelsea were SO much fun to photograph. We all got up bright and early on a Sunday morning to do a sunrise engagement session, and we all made it out alive! No one was around on this usually very busy pedestrian area, so it felt like we had the whole city to ourselves. It also happened to be the same morning of a marathon, so Cesar Chavez (a main road running parallel with downtown Austin) was blocked off, so we could cross the road freely! (See crosswalk picture below). Normally, I end up in lush forests and beautiful fields for engagement shoots, but I absolutely loved the mix of city and nature that we got near the Lamar pedestrian bridge downtown. I can't wait to shoot in this area again, and I can't wait to photograph Nathan & Chelsea's wedding next March! (Their wedding can now be viewed here.)
